No one at the till, had to go look for someone. Then when I had to return like for like into a different size it was above their technical know how. They stood for 10mins discussing how to do this. Seriously need some training.

Always a pleasure to recycle clothes and also getting the conscious voucher been doing this for years love it at H&M can't wait for them to have the recycle machine where I can turn one old piece of clothing a new jersey...awwwwww love it .the service is top notch whether canal walk waterfront or table bay

Love their clothes but their sections are very weirdly arranged

Had a nice slow walk browsing all the beautiful clothes they have mentally buying them all. What I love most aside from the clothes is how open spacious and light the shop is. Definitely not squashed

I will visit again.

I walked in and there is a guy in Tablebay mall with dreadlocks and he wears glasses couldn't get his name. He was very rude to me I was looking for a man's Hoodia and ad I was still looking at all the stuff he walks down to me and asked if I was taking the Hoodie disruply he said to me you don't just remove the things you don't want to take from thr hanger, are the customers not allowed to look at and take what they wanna without your staff interrupting. I said to him I need to make my decision and you walking down to me to interrupt and he said don't make me shout I mean who does that. My shopping experience there was messed up bought clothes because I was already there but I'm never ever going to shop there again in my life. Something needs to be done. Pathetic experience

Clueless staff. They do not know what their return policies are. I bought sleeping boxers and BEFORE paying, I double checked with the lady at the counter if it was possible to return them if the size wasn’t right (It was a gift) She assured me this was possible as long as the item was not worn, I had the slip and they came back in the condition I bought them in. I drive to your branch today to exchange for a bigger size and I’m told that it’s not allowed and that the policy states no returns on these items, along with some disgusting attitude. WHY WAS I TOLD SOMETHING DIFFERENT BY YOUR STAFF??? I would not have bought them if I had I known.Pathetic.
