When I arrived at the Boksburg branch they advised me that they had no stock of the needed battery and referred me to the head office in Melrose Arch. Before leaving I specifically asked if huawei in Melrose would have the battery and was assured they would have the same and it could be done immediately. To my surprise when I arrived at huawei Melrose I was advised that they have a 2 week waiting period and I must call month end.. The service received is undoubtedly the worst.. I drove from the east to the west of Johannesburg with no joy

Very happy with the service I received from the agents at sssceller boksburg. My main board was replaced and I can't connect to Google after I pickup my phone. I called them and was told to bring the phone back. They did a factory reset and loaded what's app for me while I waited. Agents are very friendly. I recommend them to anyone that needs their phone repaired. Very happy customer.

Do not take your device there. These guys will mess you up.Sent my phone on the 4th of Feb. I was told it will take 4-5 days to fix it. A Samsung S21 ultra which was 1 year old. The lady told me that my phone was under warranty which I knew because of the age of the phone. They then claimed they have fixed it only for Samsung to refuse their claim for the lcd because it may have been replaced before. Which clearly was a lie. 3 months later I was called to take back my phone because it has been 'unrepaired'. They were the first to touch my Samsung S21 Ultra which by the way had a minor issue of a fizzy camera.Eventually a guy called Gert who started by helping me eventually didn't take my calls anymore. He would send a call centre agent to talk to me.Felt so defeated by people I trusted that they will do the right thing.Why do you even attempt to fix a phone without a go ahead from the people who give you a go ahead with claims?

Took a Moblie thats less than a month old and is under warranty and i was quoted an astronomical amout of more than R6k for the repairs to a mobile that cost me R1.7k. No PR etiquette at all from there side. Had to pay R171.00plus vat to collect my cellphone

Amazing service from the staff and they can get your device looking as good as new. Service is super quick!

Very good service. I sent in my phone from the Western Cape through the phones agent, so did regular follow ups to track the progress. All queries were tended to very promptly. When I received my device back, the standard of work was excellent.

Please dont take your phone for repairs to these rude people, the lady tells me I have to give my pin or else they will erase my whole phone and after I give my pin and a 7k repair later they still erased my whole brand new s23 ultra without even informing me! They say that they are not responsible for the loss of data and to back up the phone but they did their own backup after the reset so my old back up was gone too! How can you tell someone to give the pin or lose all data and then still erase my phone without informing me! Terrible service but so expensive and rude ladies at the counter! Won't be back here

Tried to charge me the assessment fee without doing a full assessment. Took my phone in to see if they could assist with repairing my Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra rear screen because the glass was cracked. Anyone can see that which is obvious, but they couldn't tell me if anything else was damaged internally. At the end of the day they said the phone is irreparable and damaged beyond repair just because they couldn't source the replacement screen and fix it. Not as professional as I thought and overrated. Nevertheless, thankfully I have experience with poor service providers and at the end of the day didn't pay the R171 assessment fee. Will post again, to show them that this phone can be fixed even if I did import it.

Awesome professional service. A little bit more expensive than what I expected, but definitely worth it
