My Aim TV remote stopped working in December and after numerous attempts to replace it including calling PNP head office ,I had no results until I spoke to Khaya the store Manager.What a pleasure to deal with this man.He told me that he will try and see if he can help and took down my details.Just before I could leave the mall about 30 Minutes later Khaya called to say he has a remote for me.This Man went out of his way to solve a problem for a customer which is a rare thing in this day and age.Khaya definatley needs to be recognised for his efforts.Well don't Khaya from PNP liberty Mall.

It's a good store. However I was disappointed that I didn't get caramel treat at their store. There wasn't even 1 on the shelf. I think their staff should have been checking on the shelves especially since it was the festive season

I visited the Pick and Pay store in Midlands Mall on Saturday 22 October 2022 for a few random items. Included were 6 round jam doughnuts. What was shocking was the price: R81 for six doughnuts!!! What a rip off! The barcode label, description etc. seems correct, but your price is not. These cakes are usually around R6.00. What else are you guys ripping us for???

The worst place to shop, staff are absolutely rude, queues are always long, prices are ridiculously high for food that isn't ever fresh! Real let down to the franchise.
