The Crazy Store Waterkloof
I accidentally forgot my wallet in the store. After 2 hours I returned to the store and hoped that my wallet would be there (I did not know if I lost it, and if it was stolen from my back). Luckily, the friendly cashier kept my wallet for me safe and returned it back to me. Thank you so much!

Called to enquire a product that was on the store's website, firstly the lady was not even sure what I was reffering to and before I could even ask about the availability I was told there's no stock. This store deserves no stars. Sad to see the lack of improvement amongst staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff at this store are the most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. They don't greet you, they don't even look at you when they hand you your stuff. So unprofessional, will not visit this store again.

Most of the time only 2 staff members on duty. And if one is busy with helium balloons the other one is busy at the till point. Then there is no service and they are also not in a rush.
