Terrible customer service, it constantly seems to be full of new people who haven’t been trained.I’ve been waiting for a warranty to get ‘assessed’ for months and keep getting told they’re just waiting on someone.

Good selection of tool kits to look at. Both hand and power tools. In fact so many tool box/ kit options it can be a bit of a pain working out the best kit, combo or brand. .

I had the most awful experience shopping at Toolmart, I purchased a Makita tool which didn’t work correctly out of the box. They told me they would need to send it off to be serviced rather than a direct replacement. I augured the point and they finally agreed to swap it out, but made me feel like they were doing me a favour! Allen was great until there was a problem, the Belmont store came to the rescue but were very rude about it. Where’s the service? What’s the point of shopping at a store that doesn’t support its customers. I really did want to support a small store but I Hate to say it I’d go back to Bunnings any day after that experience.
