Placed the order on the 03 Nov, and their lead time was 2 days max. I phoned on the 8th to find out how far, I was promised I will get it on Thursday the 10th.Come Thursday...they will let me know when it has arrived. Knock off time arrived (no delivery). I went to the shop on Friday 9:15 and was told the driver is on the way. I waited till 10:50 and the driver was hasn't arrived. I was then promised to go back to the office, they will send that very same driver to deliver to my work place before 12:00 as I am knocking off that time. Its 11:50 right and the order is not here.

Prices is competotive but the service is exeptio al its the first time i walk in to a retailor and one of the staff great me at the door and assist me with every thing i needed for my office now thats 5 star service.

When into shop and placed an order. After 2weeks I phoned to follow up. The lady that helped me was sick and another lady said she will find out and phone back, no called received. Another week past and yet I must phone again only to find out that they only got half of my order(long ago) because of suppliers. I do understand that, but it it was communicated with me I could have made a plan somewhere else. Really disappointed.
