I have no idea how a business like this stays open when all I received from the minute I arrived to when I left was attitude.When I asked why no one was assisting in receiving I overheard the lady in telling another staff member he must just sit and cry!""

I never thought that getting replacement wheels for my two Big Jim 140 litres storage boxes would be so difficult. After several futile attempts to get the replacement wheels, I was on the verge of giving up. I have this selfless store owner to thank for suggesting that I contact the manufacturer. Google searches landed me at Rand Plastics website. My first phone call was not answered, but a friendly gentleman returned my call and promised to let one of his staff members to contact me, which he did. When a friendly staff member called me, I had already made contact with the company during my second phone call to another number that was different from the initial one. Another friendly staff member was already attending to my query. Jayden pressed the right buttons on my behalf. As a result, I ended up with not just one, but two sets of the unique yellow wheels for my storage boxes. Still amazed by this friendly and excellent service I received from this Johannesburg-based company, Jayden had another surprise for me: The company management decided to give the 8 wheels to me FREE OF CHARGE. So, they genuinely earned my 5-star rating. Thank you, Jayden, for your purpose-driven engagement with me. Convey my heart-felt gratitude to the management of Rand Plastics. I now don't have to worry about replacement wheels, should any one of my two boxes' wheels breaks. Keep up the excellent service you render to your immediate and distant customers.

Very discriminatory. The security asked me to wait next to a dustbin outside the gate as I simply needed to pay and collect the chairs I ordered his email.The security will definitely treat you like an intruder and be prepared to be helped from outside of you are of colour as I have first hand experience of Caucasians walking in and out and getting help from inside the building.I complained and eventually was taken into some waiting where I was made to sit on some plastic chairs next to the entrance far from the couches or the office where the rest of the Caucasian customers where allowed to.
