I Took my Playstation to get repaired, it lasted 1 day before it stopped working again. Ernest could not repair and he refused to give me my money back as he said the parts don't carry a warranty. I do not recommend this company at all, as there will be no guarantee given on repairs. So I paid a R1000 and am sitting with a broken Playstation. Disgraceful. Any response from Ernest will be a complete lie. My husband has never ever said any racist remark in fact Ernest brought up the race card by saying its the white people that give no warranty on the parts. We also did not have the machine for 30 days, he admitted to my husband's face that he has had it the whole time. He still has one of our remotes that for some reason was not in his shop, now I have to go back and collect. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare

The owner, Ernest, is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He patiently explained the fault with my TV, and provided good advice about the options available to me. I am yet to make a decision however, a note to other electronics repairers, who are often abrupt and condescending when liaising with customers. You could learn a lot about customer service from Ernest. He's unfailingly courteous and polite. Makes all the difference and creates customer loyalty.

I took my tv in same thing as the other people sais its the back light get it repaired 5 days later back again and its the power supply this time. So this is the biggest skelms there is with tv repairs. Plz dont use them they are steeling your money. And my tv is broke again after 3 months.
