The team went above and beyond in so many ways. From fetching and delivering when I was unable to do so, to sorting out unexpected problems that arose, they really were a pleasure to deal with. Superbly professional. I haven't experienced excellent service like this many times. Highly recommended.

We were kept well informed during the entire repair process. Donfords went the extra mile and did some minor touch ups for me as a courtesy. They also dropped my partner back at work and delivered the repaired vehicle at our house after work. Staff are always friendly. Good quality workmanship.

Hugely impressed with Donford's service, particularly their assessor, Mr Billy Watson. I took my vehicle to them for an insurance assessment, which was thoroughly and competently handled (and the information sent to my insurance company promptly) - but Billy also observed that my boot latch was loose, and went to trouble to get this fixed while I waited. I have to note that this latch has been an issue for some time, and the car dealers have been unable to resolve it, so I was really thrilled - it's still holding strong! This kind of customer service is rare, and so very welcome.
