Rinavho funeral supplies and Tombstones

They gave us the worst service for our brother's send-off. They gave our chairs and fresh flowers (we paid) to the other family. When we asked them about our flowers at home they gave us artificial flowers because they were using our flowers to decorate the for the other family (maybe the other family paid more money than us that they deserved our chairs and flowers WE paid for). We had to wait for the things we paid for. They told us to send them pictures of the deceased to paste* on the cars, they did not do that. You did not make it easy for us, people started crying when they saw the service that we were given. All this happened when the OWNER of Rinavho was present, she was part the funeral proceedings of the other family. I guess that is why the other family deserved the things we paid for. Rinavho is the worst funeral supplier.
