MUT is a great institution though it can get better especially with promoting academic excellence, passed with Dean's commendation since first year til advanced diploma but I have nothing to show of it, no memories except for the certificates. All in all I had a great time studying here. I would say the staff is okay, you just need to know your story to get things done. Would definitely recommend it.

MUT, my second home, spent a whole 10 years in this place, from 2011-2021, I'm a master's graduate all thanks to my home, so wish they have PhD as well, I miss home❤️❤️❤️

I am very disappointed with the service of enquiry department, I have been trying to get hold of them since last week, they never answer the calls, it will ring ring till you cut off, but I must thank this one lady that was so helpful and polite at Chemical Engineering Department, she explained everything nicely to me because I was trying every dept to call so I get help. Please know that every one calling is desperate for help. I hope things change.

The service and communication etiquette is devastatingly poor . Staff members and students councils really need to step up. If online registration systems are down they should be giving it 110%. I am beyond disappointed.

At the gate, the security guards were very professional and showed ubuntu ( which is very rare nowadays. The lady @step 7 served with a smile and went out of her way to assist. These people did their job professionally and didn't make me feel like they were doing me a favor.

The education in MUT is Good but some workers from financial department (step 5) are not good at all and some Lecturers to be specific Mr Gwala from Marketing department. He does whatever he wants with student's marks, has been reported but no change. Every time studentsReport him he tells them what he can do to them (tell them they will fail)and that is unprofessional and students are suffering.
