Had my Kirby serviced by the Johannesburg branch. Charged me for bags which they did not deliver. They promised a refund but it still has not been forthcoming. Told tomorrow tomorrow but never paid. Now almost 3 weeks This is simple theft

Do not trust these people they ask for deposit for and six months later you are still waiting to get your vacuum cleaner bags so no bags you machine is useless so why buy quality if there are no spares

Thank you so much for everything. The service was beyond excellent. I phoned this morning and couldn't come through, line was busy. He phoned me back and ask how can he help. Assistant and service is great. Friendly to his customers. Made effort with the vaccuum cleaner when he saw a hole. Didn't even complain to take time to fix. Very quick service. I will recommend AZ Vaccuums Kirby 100% to anybody.

Do NOT use this business. Sent my machine for a service and after 6 weeks and so many excuses I got given a piece of scrap, not my machine. After much angst got given another machine. Top half ok but bottom section still a very old used Kirby. Power cord still broken. No recourse for such blatant deception and theft. On there response they now claim they don’t have my details. The lies and deception continues
