Purchased a tow bar on the 8th of October and had a courier bring it down for me, when it arrived it was missing the mounting brackets and arms for my car., on the 14th I made contact with them and he said it was his mistake he will strip the rest off and send it to me at his cost, on the 15th he supposedly sent it to me, after many follow ups trying to get the waybil from him he said to me on the 20th I must send my courier and he will refund me the amount, now I'm still trying to get my refund from them and he is ignoring my calls and doesnt reply to my messages, be carefull of them as they are dishonest and scaley

Infact I tried to source my own spares but Doton managed to get them even cheaper so I appreciate that.The work was completed on time and I was always informed on the progress of the repairs.Again, I highly recommend Doton.Cheers and keep up the great work.
