I really like this shop & always get amazing quality items.However I was a bit uneasy with the handling of my latest purchase. My heaboard & pedestals were to be scheduled for a delivery on Sat morning (18-03) but when I called in at 09.20 the delivery dept told me my slip had no indication of an early delivery & my pedestal was still being assembled.I am grateful though to the delivery dept guy who sorted this out & sent the stuff to me before the time I had said.

It's a one stop shop for any furnishing needs if someone doesn't feel like going to more than one place. Generally the service is good and one can always find good deals.The only downside for me is that their furniture range is very old school.

Wonderful, helpful staff. I was assisted by the manager Lourens, after I was not happy with a product. He did a great job and even price matched an item in the store to where I saw it elsewhere on sale. He sorted everything out.

Paul in Furniture went out of his way to find the Alpine sofas that we wanted. Super helpful and friendly service in the shop and after, when he informed us of delivery. The Tafelberg Carnival really is an excellent time to buy :-)

I wanted to express how impressed we are with the service received from Tafelberg Furnishers Parklands. The order was placed online and delivery was to be a few days later however, after contacting the store to request urgent delivery, the manager went out of his way to make it happen. A special delivery was arranged. We so appreciated his assistance. Further, once delivery was done, we noticed some small damages to the appliance and notified them immediately. Can you imagine our surprise when a brand new unit was delivered within a day, no hassles and no questions. Truly a wonderful experience with Tafelberg Furnishers Parklands yet again. Whether you shop in-store or online, I can recommend Tafelberg Furnishers with confidence.

We spent one whole day shopping there and spent R60 000. The staff were very good, with a good selection of basic furniture to furnish our home. We are happy with all our purchases. We enjoyed shopping there so much that we didn’t want to leave. See my photo. The anticlimax came in with the delivery of our goods. Expect to pay a lot more than what initially quoted and expect to wait a lot longer for your furniture to arrive.

Shocked with the service we received from this store. Waiting on feedback regarding a bed.... No stock but one was at another store, was told it would be loaded and delivered to Sandown store today. No call from sales staff, we have had to call three times for information. They obviously don't need the sale so we will purchase our beds from a store that wants the sale. Service is shocking at this store. This is the second time we have had this kind of service from them. We won't be back for the next purchase.
