The Queenstown Eskom doesn't answer calls. We never get notified of the power cuts even when the electricity comes back neither, the permanent damage of home appliances such as microwaves, TVs, Laptops and refrigerators ensues of all this.

very poor customer service and dissapointing. we have been trying to call, no answer, or number does not exist everytime. we logged a request last year in March (2021) for moving the box to another house, we paid the amount they need in March already, it's almost a year now, box not moved still(no new box).and the house we want it to be moved from is falling now, maybe they want it to completely fall, and everything get burnt because of electricity. i have escalated so many time since then, but still no help, what a service eskom. no one bothers to call you back, or update you of what is happening regarding our request.

I have called this establishment a number of times their number is always disconnected. I called the call center and a person came, put bavk up the electricity and said they will comeback again to complete the box they did not close, even now I'm still waiting for that technician that came or any other that is willing to come to the Phakamisa village and handle this matter...Eskom you are welcome to respond to this if village folk matter to you at all...

Poor customer service we have been calling for more than a week..... Er need them to remove the eskom box due to house renovations we are stuck now because no one is answering even the national call center is not answering. I am so disappointed.
