Honchos Zeerust

The place looked clean and welcoming.The service provider's had a go slow attitude.( not showing interest in just 2 customers who were in the shop)I was in transit travelling by IntercapWe stopped next to Honchos for refreshments.It's meant to be grilled chicken but turned to be chicken in gravy and was cold chicken.I returned it and got back in the bus.Just before the bus left , one of the waiters brought areplacement order. I had not asked for a refund or replacement since I had already lost trust in the uncaring attitude the fist lady who assisted me had shown.The truth is the food was still not what I expected compared to other reputable grill houses.I have however noticed that some reputable road refreshment eateries take advantage of travellers who do not sit in by giving them substandard food.I was truly disappointed not because I paid for food I didn't consume but for the high expectations I had after I got in.The other lady who wanted a toasted cheese sandwich ended up settling for toast without cheese since no one was seriously doing their work.Maybe it just happened to be a bad day for the workers on09/01/2023

A bit of a wait but worth it.Good value for money

A good meal at a reasonable price. Only one would have to wait a while to place order. Meal takes approximately 20 min atleast. Not the 10 min you told. Overall a good meal

The chicken I ordered was delicious. The fries was fresh as well as the buns. Delivery was fast. Overall great value for money. I will definitely be back for more.
