Decent and friendly service and food is great always happy to support pizza boss ))it makes u feel at home

Was told on order it would take 25 minutes... After half an hour it hadn't even been made yet.... Very poor service. Lady standing next to me waited an hour. First and last time I come here.

First time ordering here and I only regret that I haven't before. Very generous with good quality toppings. Really good pizza. Very reasonably priced. Loved it.

Bought pizza from them two weeks. Delivery was quick, but that was the only good thing. Both pizzas had something in them that was like sand. My wife chipped a tooth on these granules of who knows what. Ingredients have also gone down hill in quality. This was the second chance I gave them, because on a previous occasion they delivered only after two hours and the pizzas were ice cold. Never again.

The food is amazing for the average pizza consumer, but sadly, that's where the complements stop. The system is of poor quality, the store manager is unprofessional, and rude to clients. I'll keep my personal horror story of Pizza Boss to myself for now. But they won't be seeing me again, ever.2020 Update: So remember when I said they won't be seeing me again, ever? Then today happened. Did they get a new manager? The service is great!

Worst experience of my life at Pizza Boss Vaalpark. I ordered two pizzas off of Mr D. Upon arrival the one pizza has so much salt on it that it actually burned your mouth. I call the store to advised and they advised I needed to wait for Mr D to investigate and get back to me and that there was nothing they can do.After reporting to Mr D, nothing was happening and the store was approaching its closing time. I called again and spoke to the manager, Samantha, who said the only option they can offer me is to pay for a new pizza and they wait for Mr D to see if they will refund me…Their customer service is shocking!! There was no attempt to even assist me after they had made the mistake!

Tried them long ago (shortly after they opened) and the experience made me promise to myself to never go back. But I thought that they deserved another chance at our support (they are very involved in Vaalpark community projects) and was pleasantly surprised. Crispy bases baked in a proper clay oven. Guess I am a new fan!

Great pizza. Still do wood fired oven which give it a great taste. And they are literally around the corner.
