My parcel is in Vryburg instead of Vryhied. What a mess. And u get to the branch in Vryheid the two ladies there are not willing to go an extra mile to help. All they did is just to tell me that it's in Vryburg. What a day spoiled by incompetence

Very reasonably priced courier, and sent a number of packages to Cape Town with no problems. Entrance area could be a little bigger, gets a bit squashed in there if there's other customers. Staff are very friendly and helpful, looks like they could do with an extra person there but times are hard so maybe when the economy picks up that will happen. But no complaints. Plenty of parking right outside the shop, so it's easy to cart your big boxes in there!

I don’t want to even talk about what I experienced with The Courier Guy….between the vryheid branch, JHB branch and the Cape Town Branch all three were such a let down. Ended up having to cancel a trip coz they lost my parcel THEN they said it was in Jhb but it was still in Cape Town. But they couldn’t understand why one branch thought it was in their city when it was still happening n another city. It was a whole mess. I eventually got my parcel by the way…. But hated the whole experience
