One of the best gyms in the area. Equipment and facilities are new, staff always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are modern with nice mist showerheads and hairdryers. 2 squat racks with rubber flooring and equipment like powerlifting belts and bar pads, which not all gyms have.

This is by far my favourite gym that I’ve been to over the years. The place is well thought out. The environment is great and the spa/sauna are a massive bonus. Friendly and helpful staff too. 5 stars

I've been coming to this gym since it opened and the staff are always so nice and helpful and there's a decent range of equipment and machines for use.The shakes are also very yummy and great for a after training reward. I highly recommend.

Modern, clean gym located inside carpark of the new Marrickville Metro. Enough space to do your own thing without getting too cramped. Clientele is pretty mixed and feels inclusive and non-judgemental. Can hit the sauna or spa after for some recovery, as well as go downstairs to pick up your groceries!

Working out in their group fitness room feels like working out in a steam hot room. We have asked for the aircon to be fixed yet it hasnt been fixed or addressed. They have put the smallest fan that spits out little air for a group of sometimes 20. I don't think its healthy working out in a room that feels like a sauna. We pay our fees and expect to work out in a room that is not feeling like it is 40 plus degrees. Every one i talk to at the gym has asked the workers to talk to managment and managament / owner dont do much to fix this. some have even sent emails!.Please addresss this issue soon ( as it has been ongoing since last year). We have the right to work and not feel like.passing out due ti heat exhaustion.
