This branch ain't so kwaai, I've been to the Milnerton branch and they are really helpful compared to N1 city branch. I needed some advice and needed to purchase as well. Spoke with the first counter sales person and then was pushed over to the next person. He helped but was not eager to ask about the job and what is the requirements for the job. He just picked what I asked and no real guidance or assistance. I suppose I was just a walk in and I am not as important to them as their usual customers.

Best Plumblink in Cape Town by far, staff here are like family now. I have visited most Plumblinks throughout Cape Town, but this one remains my favorite.

I had the opportunity to visit this branch at N1 City this week. I would like to commend Edward who assisted us at the time. It is rare to find someone who is so well-versed in their trade and being able to share expert advice. I wish to commend him and I highly recommend this branch. I have certainly seen professionalism and excellent customer service at work this week. And for that I am truly grateful. One has to give credit where it is due.

Very disappointed in the service,they have only two salesmen on duty and both are more on the phone talking to potential clients ,whilst you that needs to buy something are forced to wait,they don't even aknowledge your prescenc
