Great staff, and wide variety toys, and staff always friendly and always willing to go out of there way to assist customers. I had a great shopping experience several times and always found what i was looking for. Great shop, good prices and should be your one stop for any children toys.

It was nice but they had the cheap ironman type if toys you could find at a China shop and they had the last season's F1 car and no new one.

Basically anything you need or want can be bought here plus more. Very good prices and quality products. Some prices a bit more expensive than other places.

The service is dropping drastically. Only 1 person (Emmerie) there knows how to give good customer service. And if she is not there you won't get any customer service. You can remove me from your regular customers. Sad to see what 6 years of being a loyal customer means.

Very friendly staff and good service. A very wide range of various baby and kids products available. Some of the isles at the back of the store are just always overpacked with stock.

They had everything we needed in stock. I would have given 4 stars, but the below mentioned issues need to be addressed for a great experience. Some staff members have better attitudes than others. The promotions were not clearly marked in some aisles and this will have a big impact on which items a customer would purchase.
