Refreshing prompt customer service, all the time. Very friendly staff. I enjoy hardware shopping there, I always leave with an item I did not plan to buy, mostly kitchen utensil, due to their impaccable value adding items displays.

One of the best hardware stores Brights-Boston. The staff assistants amazing the information they have and detail sharing they will always give you there honest option and you walk away with the best item. Its always a pleasure shopping at Brights. I'm a customer for 9years now and I work at a school near by. I'm at Bright's almost every 3rd day. And they always have the item you looking for. You don't have to look any further Brights store have it all for you.

Excellent service! Tony went above and beyond to help find a piece I needed for a research project and once we tracked it down, Isaac followed up as to which branches could have stock and phoned me back to let me know he's asked them to keep it aside for me and which person to speak to at the other branch to get the stock I needed. Really exceptional service, thank you so much!

Went to buy a Cosmos tap head part , was helped by a salesman called Randall. What a pleasant surprise in these days of little or no service to be helped by someone who still offers fantastic service. He is a asset to your company. A very satisfied customer.
