Terrible service. I was told by Alison that my order will be delivered between 10am and 3pm today. It's now 5:49pm and I still haven't received my order. When I placed the order, I didnt even receive a confirmation email from the company. Luckily i took a screenshot from the website. I needed these items for tomorrow. I even called yesterday and today to confirm delivery. This is ridiculous.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a company in a long time.Order placed, after 9 days I sent an email enquiring the status of delivery, no response. Next day I phoned them and they said it will be delivered today or next business day (Monday) (apparently waited for an item.. yes thanks for letting me know /s). Still nothing, no communication or attempt from their side, will not bother using them again. #useless #waitedlongenough

The place has no signage whatsoever and the intercom is broken. Once I called for them to open and parked I still couldn't figure out where to go. Was later on greeted by an office full of people with not a single person wearing a mask.
