Another dismal experience with Bosch Sun valley. The car needed significant work, granted, but we had to constantly ply for answers as to how long the work would take, to which we received the estimate of 2-3 days.Two weeks later after telling us the car should be ready Friday, we get another sad non apology of 'sorry, your vehicle won't actually be ready'.The excuse? Load shedding. Now surely a business that really wants to remain in business has made a plan by now for load shedding?This is a R40k job, not a small amount, on top of that we have lost at least another R10k from missed work appointments due to the untenable logistics.This is not professional service, not by a long shot and I'm so disappointed that it had to come to this again.I haven't even included the stuff-ups from the last service that we didn't report.What now Bosch, what now. Another week? Your reply to my review last year was also very convenient. I went through the same thing trying to get a quote out of you in December. Shocking, and absolutely no admission of failure.Last year: Bosch Sun Valley needs to get their house in order. I needed emergency work done on the car

I have been going to Bosch Noordhoek for years and they have never failed to provide excellent service! I needed work done again this week and as usual I received friendly, fast and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Don't understand why anyone wouldn't want to use Bosch Noordhoek. Best experience.Will use again.

Just thought I should let you know of my experience with your workshop. I took my Hyundai ix35 in for a service prior to a long trip, and to check on strange noise from the front, and possible poor brakes also at the front. You diagnosed new discs, and replace replacement of front sheel bearings (hubs?). you gave ne a quote, I agreed. I know you had quite a job as parts were not available as this is a 2010 model, but you found them, completed the job and I must say it feels like a new car.Thank you very much for good service and very professional approach.

I thought I would give this place one last try. I ASKED THEM TO QUOTE ON A JOB ON THE underneath of my car R1000 was the quote.The guys around the corner did it for free as it took them 2 min to do.This place is a complete racket.They prey on woman and mechanical ludites.Never, ever again, will I step foot over their threshold.Three brutal experiences.They should not be in business.

I am not happy at all. They charged R3k to inspect my car to tell me that I needed to spend R60k to fix the turbo that was not even faulty. The problem was completely not the turbo and after taking it somewhere else I saved R45k and my car is now fixed. They do not know how to diagnose problems and still charge for incorrect diagnosis. I will never use them again.

Sorry we forgot to collect the car on Saturday before 12. When we remembered we scooted down to find it had been safely locked away - thank you! We'll be there before lunch today.

Not impressed at all. I asked if they could do specific work on my vehicle, and that my vehicle requires special tools. I received a quote for the work and assurance that it could be done!. They booked my vehicle in and started working. 4 hours later I decided to phone and ask about a specific job I wanted done, just to find out that there's a problem and they don't have the needed replacement parts, Also that the needed replacement parts' cost was exceptionally more than what was quoted. I collected my vehicle at 14:30 (after I dropped my vehicle off @ 0730) that's 7 hours wasted of my day where I didn't have a vehicle, and NO work was done. By rights Bosch was supposed to have done the quoted work at the quoted price. But I won't trust a company to do proper work if they couldn't even do the proper prep work. Luckily Steve's Auto Clinic Milnerton kept to their word,at a much lower price!
