I used this service just to put in a replacement starter on my Lexus. In the process of doing that they damaged my power steering. I am trying to get them to sort this out and they are not returning my calls.Peku please can you get your guys to fix what they damaged.Still waiting for acknowledgement as my calls and messeges are being ignore. I have sent the repair costs that I have incurred due to the damage caused and no response. I also had to hire a vehicle for my planned travel.

Disappointed with service - booked a mechanic. Took day off work to be able to have car sorted. Was told that would come about 101h30. Followed up 3 times during the day after that time. Asked to come back to me, let me know what's happening. None received. A day wasted.

They were able to fix my car after experiencing some issues with it for some time. I didnt have the time to go to the garage to get it fixed, so i called Perfect Mobile Mechanic and they helped me whilst i was busy making my Sunday lunch. I was able to save time and money. I woke up Monday morning ready to go to work but my car would not start. I asked to be jumpstartbut nothing happened. i thought I need auto electrical service, then called Perfect Mobile Mechanic and a mechanic, Jacob, was sent to myhouse. He came in and told me that my battery acid leaking due to the damage on the battery body.He gave a good quote on replacing my battery and I my car was back on the road in no time. Theservice from Perfect Mobile Mechanic and Jacob was amazing and I appropriate so much how muchthey helped me, they were extremely polite and I can’t thank them enough.

Professional mechanic, good standard of work. Reasonably priced.I had a car break down on the side of the road in Sandton. I called Perfect mobile mechanic and the guy I spoke to was friendly and professional. Within 20 minutes I was assisted and the mechanical problem fixed and I was well on my way again.
