The place is beautiful, safe, located in a very quiet place with an OK and some other food store in walking distance. My concern would be the deterioration of the building as moisture messes with the painting on the walls

It's nice and peaceful, the grass is well taken care of. However, the bin area is not always up to standard, it's filthy, there's no order and the washing lines need to be repaired.
