I have been training at the gym since 2010. Also teaching KARATE there on a Tuesday and Thursday. A well equipped gym that caters for almost every sporting activity. Biokinethisists and fitness trainers are available to help those who need them.

Staff really helpful and friendly. A good selection of equipment. Free weights, cardio and resistance equipment. It has a good looking lap pool for swimming only. The changing rooms are plush, spacious and inviting. They have 1 studio that is used for all if their classes. They have a small but adequate selection of classes. And surprisingly the other gym users are friendly too. I would definitely recommend it.

Very basic gym, lacks basic equipment, no lat pulldown, no row and no smith machine. Equipment is bad and honestly if there was another gym in Franschhoek I would rather go there

Very friendly staff, clean. Do not expect the latest and most modern equipment but great for a workout, swim or a group training.
