The driver negligence by dropping your parcel at wrong delivery plac. And this was not the first timeI HAVE TO CALL ASKING WHEN IS MY DELIVERY COMING BECAUSE ITWAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVERD ON 6 TH IT WAS ON THE 12TH IMAGINE NOT HAVING MEDICATION FOR SO LONG PEOPLE WHOARE ARE NOT DOING THEIR WORK

Bad customer service, you guys don't even desever that one star,since my package was out on delivery from the 31st of May,it keeps saying out on delivery and would change to Delivery Exception,saying it's because of the incorrect Address or phone numbers,lies lies! And I'm always home waiting for the package.

Sky net has to be the worst delivery company. My parcel was out on deliver on a Monday but it was never delivered I called them every day until Sunday when I checked my tracking status it shows consignee was not available and it show my parcel has been scanned to red bay. Meanwhile they never showed and never attempted to deliver like they claim. Worse part they kept giving me excuses as to why my parcel is not delivered but yet when you track your parcel they’ve updated it by saying you were not available.

Worst service ever. My parcel was booked for delivery @ 12h26 today and now it's 19h00 its not delivered yet. I call the office no success.

I don't even want to give half a star.... Completely and utterly useless. Promise delivery on a specific day, but never delivers on said day. Cant even get a hold of them. Skynetbot is just as useless. When asking to speak to an agent they say one will be with you shortly, then you wait for ever.

Absolute pathetic service. Do not call when you are not at home, just don't deliver and say parcel will be returned. ALL other companies phone you if they cannot get hold of you.

I have been waiting for my Package for almost 8 days now. I just got a SMS that says my package was signed by me at Elandsfontein I don't even know where is that place. I am just from Boshof, but my Package was signed at Gauteng wow. I paid so much for that Item. I will go straight to the outlet In the morning they must reimburse me. I will never buy from HIFI corp online it's the second time it happens and with two different couriers companies.
