i wont ever go back to this branch the staff are more concerned about playing on there phones and lounging around than helping customers.... i will tell everyone in know to not use them for a bed as the service level for this shop is absolutely dreadful. wouldnt even give it a 1 star because that is still too good. i know nobody will get back to me about this hopefully over people see this and heed my warning over the shockingly poor service this branch has

Great service and help from the ladies in store. Very knowledgeable, answered all questions and put us at ease that we were making a good purchase.

Shocking service! No one answers calls. Had to call service center to please call the manager to please answer the phone and still no answer. II arrived at the shop in person only to find a sales lady almost asleep on duty. You lost a customer and a decent sale.
