I have been with the Road Cycles Silverton for more than 10 years and has not nor heard any person complaining about the white arrogant owner" instead they have on more than one occasion helped a lot and still helping many cyclist. Had a bad experience with this place, they fixed a puncture that I did not ask for and charged me, after asking about it to be refunded the owner did so, but punctured my child bycicle again, what a bad service. Please insist to see the invoice on what is being done but be sure he will brake it again, don't suggest to go there as the owner is a white arrogant man.
