a most unwelcoming experience.We went to the store to actually see tiles but whilst we were there we decided to have a look at the kitchens as this is on show just as you walk in. A lady comes towards us but keeps her distance. As i took out a photo, she advised that this wasn't allowed. I then placed my phone away. she followed us which i then informed her that we were just browsing. she gave me a very cold feeling..i felt that this was pre-1994. no courtesy...good morning

Absolutely horrendous service from one of the ladies with short hair in the store. Basically chased me out and asked if I'm a cupboard maker. Never felt so embarrassed to be in a place I was willing to spend my money. Never walking in again.
