Bad Service. Very unfriendly staff, not helpful and does not provide good customer service. Staff quickly to make a sale but the after sales service is the worst .Utterly disappointed with the bad service. Staff all sitting on phones in the store. The lady at the customer service department was so annoyed when i came to lodge a insurance claim. Rating 1 star is even too much !!!

Friendly helpfull staff always ready to help customers and give advice you need to know what you buying 100% the guy who helped me and the lady cashier very friendly

I bought a fridge cash in store and was notified the date of delivery and someone need to be at home to receive the delivery and Wil be called before delivery arrives. I waited for most of the day and then called the office and was told that they will still deliver ND was told it would arrive at 17:00 and will be called when delivery is running late all lies from them. I waited till it became dark outside.. No one called... I will never shop at this store again and it was my first shopping experience with Hifi corporations... The worse service.. I have paid them in full and have not received what I paid for in cash

i purchased a Canon Pixma MG2540S printer from this store. When i get home i see that there is no printer cable in the box which was not communicated to me by the salesperson as it does not come with the purchase. i purchase a printer cable then install the printer. on checking the performance of the printer it indicates that the color cartridge is empty and the black cartridge about 25%. The cartridges were already in the printer and not sealed separately as it is expected. i then call up the store where i am told by the salesperson that the cartridges are only samples in the printer, so then implying that we are buying printers with no ink practically? is this true? i am definitely returning my printer to the store for a refund and will not purchase a Canon product ever again as i did not have this problem with the HP printer i bought a few years ago.

Worse service ever won't ever visit this store in Promenade Mall ever again!! I came into the store on Tuesday wanting to apply for credit. The lady at the credit desk Muslim lady told me I need to wait because she is going on lunch. I need to wait until the other lady come from lunch. When the lady arrived I had my documents on email and asked if I could e-mail it to them to assist with the Credit. Then the same lady who was going on lunch sed No!! With a attitude I need to go to a internet cafe to have it printed. I walked out the store went to Russell's outside Promenade E-mailed the document to them and got approved within minutes. Hi Fi Corp I won't recommend Promenade branch to anyone unprofessional and won't go the extra mile for their client's.
