The worst service ever! So a month or 2 ago I made a decision to change over to this company and I will tell everyone and anyone I know never to my alarm trips at random hours and then when it does I don't get a phone call or a response team out, the technicians don't k ow what they doing, they sell you the world and can not deliver and when you then send them a email regarding the cancelation they ignore you. I'm so happy I picked this up when there was no incident. Will never use this company again.

They broke into my apartment in a secured complex (and 3 other apartments in the same night), monitored by SOG security, the broke the electric fence just on top of the clocking point where the RO is supposed to clock during his shift. Upon investigation, the RO never saw the electric fence completely broken off the wall (laying literally on the ground inside the complex) also we noticed the electric fence was never on for months. I asked for a report on the electric fence and months later never received it. Still haven't received it. The sad news is that after the incident the electric fence was on for maby a week and to this day it is still off.

SOG is a place where you register and pay for firearm training. They're doing their best and the man at the helm is Tyrone Botha
