I took my antique ring to get the casing of the stones built up as it had warn down over the years. The casings looked like a mushrooms after it was soldered, it was uneven and one casings was soldered to the other casing, one was higher than the other. It looked worse than before it went in to get fixed. When I asked them to fix what they had done, they were very rude and would not admit what it was poor quality of service and asked me what I wanted further to get done. When I got the ring back only one of the casings was fixed and the ring was unpolished and now hooks on everything. They had the audacity to tell me that they can't keep manipulating the metal because it's an antique ring and the metal can be fragile. If the quality of service was good then it would only need to be done once. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to take any jewellery that precious to them to get fixed by this jeweller.

What a wonderful experience shopping at Forever Jewllery Manufactures!! My wife and I were taken care of by a wonderful lady and gentlemen who made sure we felt welcome and who repaired a watch strap for us and cleaned and shined my engagement ring (which now looks brand new) free of charge. We will be back again soon!

Brilliant service. Daughters bracelet broke and she is leaving overseas this weekend . The owner fixed it while my husband waited even as they were so busy. Highly recommended

I first had a necklace designed and made here and I loved it. Then this wonderful women helped my fiance to design and make my engagement. The surprise was amazing and I could not have loved it more so had her also make my wedding ring

Although the jewelry is lovely and I've had good service from Chris, I've only got poor service from the rest of the staff. I usually receive an uninterested greeting on arrival and havent received a call back on several occasions.

What an amazing experience. We took my watch in to get fixed in December, however one of the pins were loose. Took it back and they were so gracefull in helping us again. We also had a morganite ring which the gentleman polished back to perfect. Looks brand spanking new. What a pleasure. We can see why this business does well, cares for customers. To the next 25 years!!! You willdefinitely see us again.
