Shreenesh was most helpful, friendly and professional in assisting me in finding the right mattress and adjustable base. However, I found the R850 for delivery unreasonably priced. And considering the amount we pay for the item a 9v battery should have been provided with the adjustable base. Otherwise, happy with the customer service and the product.

Very poor customer care! Disappointed we bought a bed around 28 Fab 2023, till today we have not received any communication regarding the bed! I had to call them and they said they will call me back they still failed to call me back ! I had to call them again. The brand store may look fancy poor service very unhappy With customer care!!!! Unlike Cori-Croft soon as you make purchase there’s always someone from the store calls and keeping keep the client updated your goods. Even with their factory they have someone who also gives you an update on your order. I do not recommend these folks ! Had high hopes but very poor customer service. They don’t deserve a star from us as the family. Can we just have our bed already. We still waiting.
