A quality product and service. Installation took about an hour and the gentleman doing it, a man named Malachiah, was a pleasure to work with. He even went out of his way to make small adjustments to the blinds so that they fit perfectly with no creases. Customer service was spot on as I was notified in advance when they would be able to install and communication was very good. Would definitely recommend.

After a really terrible experience with Blind Guys Sandton, The Decor Connection came to the rescue and was a breath of fresh air! They were recruited to replace the horrendous skew and ill fitting blinds that were installed by the incompetent contractor hired before them. The Decor Connection installed my shutters right on time and they are exquisite. Marnie and her team is a pleasure to deal with and overall there is simply nobody better when it comes to quality workmanship and installations. These guys deserve 10 stars but Google doesn’t want to give me more than 5. I think Decor Connection is a force to be reckoned with and still will be making waves in the industry! I’m loving their attention to detail, the quality materials used, the finesse of the installation, its like watching an artist create a masterpiece from the moment they step into your home! Excellent service from The Decor Connection team. I ordered four blinds for my house close to the December holidays, and I was assured I would have them installed before Christmas. Indeed the blinds were installed before they closed off for Christmas. The blinds fit perfectly, and the quality is excellent. They understand the importance of communication, keeping customers in the loop and following up with them. I will be going back to them for more blinds.

The Decor Connection was knowledgeable, quick and a pleasure to deal with. Not only are the new blinds great, but they were able to repair some of our older blinds from a different supplier to assist us in keeping costs down!
