Friends told me that there is something wrong with your DVD's. I ignored and opened an account. I have 2 DVD players as well as a PlayStation. Almost all your DVD's play halfway and then unreadable from there to the end on all those devices, but they play everything from the other stores. One of those DVD players actually play damaged DVD's as well, but not yours.When I calmly told the lady I think that machine you use to 'repair' it, is the cause, I just got a smug response from some bloke with a towel around his neck behind the counter.Will close my account today. You can keep the credits.

After my complaints I must say their service changed from bad to amazing,great service and so this will be the only dvd shop I will use as long as I am in Moreleta
