Please dont use this company to move your belongings. They have 0 customer service and are just concerned about getting the money and sending your Belongings - which you can do yourself with a direct airline. When you try get your belongings from the country of destination you will go through a much bigger hassle that these so called agents have no clue about. Their customer service is non-existent, and the people dealing with you are clearly not trained. An overall disappointing experience.

I'm very happy with the service that we got from U-Bag. I've sent 3 big boxes to Singapore last week. All paperwork was done very efficiently and the parcel was sent to Singapore with no delay.My wife collected boxes from the Changi Airport Warehouse with no problem. Even the Warehouse officer told her that the documentation is perfect and within a few hours, she could release parcels and send them back home.Thank U-Bag for the great service, and The special thanks go to Melissa for doing a great job.

The team is very helpful and respond quickly to queries and issues. I had the unfortunate experience of having my shipment damaged by what I assume must have been baggage handlers. U-Bag were very professional and helpful in dealing with my issue and even provided regular updates until a settlement was reached. I can highly recommend this company.

Thank you Sean and Sam for all the LUGGAGE!!WITHIN 10 minutes requesting luggage from Durban to Jhb.. courier arrived, assisted with shrink wrapping and weighing 9 PIECES!!Arrived early for our departure at ORT and AGAIN this crew assisted with undoing and lifting and adjusting weights... Check In Counter clerk had his most pleasant negative day with us... enjoying every officious problem he could find... the UBAG guys helped, sweated as did we all! It was a triple dose of INTENSIVE training at the GYM!!!thank you Sean.. little costly.. but when stuck between a rock and hard place.. what to do!!
