The place is run reasonably well. There is not a lot of noise. Great for young families.

The body corporate from this complex neglects it’s responsibilities. The gate is constantly not working and of recent it’s been for days, guards just open for anyone, seems no-one cares about people’s safety in this complex and it’s sad considering the rent we pay. The noise kids make by the pool area is also uncalled for, they always out playing sometimes till like 8pm at night screaming and doing everything noisy, such an upmarket place has turned into a mini township. Can the body corporate enforce strict rules on noise. Parents from far parts allow their kids to go to pool area to play music on speakers and make noise because they are far and can’t hear it. Serious management needs to be put into place in this complex because it’s starting to seriously feel like we stay in a township

Quaint, well run and peaceful. Walking distance to Cedar Square. Complex is neat and tidy.
