The phone was answered on the first call. The gentleman answered all my questions and gave me advise on what is required from me and how and where to get the rest of the information that I needed. Unfortunately I cannot secure an appointment with them in Nov as they are heading towards Dec. I wish they could work over the Festive season or get part-time employees as back up.

Entrance to the building is not clearly marked - it's in a passage way next to the parking entrance. There is hardly any free parking nearby (understandable as it is the city Centre). Paid parking is available in nearby buildings. Security staff and the staff inside are very helpful and thorough. They took the time to explain some things. Even though the queue was long and the wait over 2 hours, they did what they could to make the line move faster. The place is clean and tidy.

The lady who first help me was clueless and and i explained to her everything but she was useless. Thanx to the guy he managed help me,he knows his job

JHB registrar of deeds office Makaziwe Ntuli is one in a million to find these days especially in government offices. A true gem indeed ! I had a situation where transferring attorneys did not coordinate the registration of the two properties and we had to vacate our home and even though where we bought was not registered yet due to attorneys miscommunication.We checked the deeds office contacts on the internet and WOW I received excellent assistance from first the receptionist who transferred me to the Registrar Makaziwe Ntuli.Makaziwe first listened attentively to my story , had compassion for what happed and with great patience she explained the whole process of the lodgment and registration at the deeds office and even on conveyancers duties and procedures regarding registration of a property and how they should coordinate the two matters.I was amazed when she agreed to give me her direct telephone numbers and email address. Every time I called not once was I refused to go direct to her by her so very pleasant voice secretary.Thank you so much! I am truly grateful.Makaziwe thank you so much ! I wish you only success and the favour of God in all arrears of your life . May you increase in wisdom, knowledge, understanding and strength. Great service. The only fault I can find is that their speed points were not working so I had to go to ATM to withdraw their fee.

Took about 1 hour in the queue. Service centre very efficient, allows no more than 6 people inside. I was served in 18 minutes.

At close-by buildings, parking is accessible for a fee. Both the security and interior employees are highly diligent and helpful. They spent time explaining a few things. Even though there was a big line and a wait of more than two hours, they made an effort to move the line along more quickly. The environment is nice and clean.

I first called the office to make an enquiry and the lady who helped me was outstanding, following day I went to get the documents I was requesting I also found the gentleman on contact centre very helpful. Keep it up guys you are doing an excellent job:):)
