I made an order on bolt foods, 28/12/22. I still did not receive my order, the delivery guy went to a wrong address, I called him to correct him. He has since been coming. I called the store to explain the situation and the lady told me that it's not their problem once the food are out of the store and that I must take it up with bolt foods. My money is gone to the store for that lack of support.

Nice place to relax. Braai from the butchery next door spoils everything nice about this place. Can't relax with blaring noise. Steers itself is ok, a bit slow to make food but all in and all, good experience, just don't eat there

Bad staff with lack of expertise, have been ordering since 2020 and 85%of the times I had wrong and or missing items of my order and it so annoying. I don't know if they are up to working to perfection or they are there just to earn money. Am so so furious the next time I will order Steers I will try to switch to another restaurant rather than Steers Montague Gardens.

I am very disappointed in the Service I got today. Besides waiting looooong for the order I recieved chips that was soaked in oil and practically almost burned or the oil was not clean. I have been buying from this branch since I came to Cape Town but the standards has dropped severely.

Ordered over the phone for collect. 2 Wacky Wednesdays and a large chips. I get home and no chips. I should have known that the people working there can't do a job and checked the order before I left. I'll rather drive a bit further just to avoid this franchise.

The staff had me waiting for 10-15 minutes to place a order, with three till point only one operated.The food was delicious as usual.Parking close to store enough parking space. With various stores on complex.

Took 50 minutes to deliver my order (only 3km away from the store). No updates received during this time. When I called they had no idea where the delivery guy was. When they finally got hold of him, he apparently got lost since the the complex name wasn't specified (yet my street address was correct). Once again, no call to find out if he is in the correct location.The food was also pretty meager, compared to what you get from the Canal Walk branch.
