Terrific company, great customer service. Steve came and listened to what we wanted and gave us professional advice as to what was the best system for us. George the technician was an absolute top guy, polite, knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for him, provided us with all the information necessary to make the best use of our system .This is the second house we have used these guys on, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steve and the Team at Monitored 24/7 were simply awesome to deal. No request was to big. Steve was always accommodating with any issues i had and when i was choosing my alarm system always had my needs in mind. when i asked for 6 cameras even though it took dollars out of his pocket he said 4 cameras is more then enough for my needs. Seriously guys, if you want a reliable alarm system and company look no further then these guys they are really the best at what they do. Thanks a million Steve. From the Jaureguis.

Wow, thank you to Steve and team from Monitored 24 Seven for excellent service. We've had an intermittent problem with our alarm, when it would start randomly beeping, and driving us nuts. A call to Steve, and a technician was dispatched pronto. The technician advised us of a time and was promptly on the doorstep as advised. The process was seamless, and the problem solved without issue.Thanks Steve, appreciate your service.
