Just another state owned entity that's completely broke, let me see what's the least amount of work I can do to obtain my full salary. I cannot believe that for 7 years running that every time I go to renew my car license that the system is offline.

The queue was very very long. It is time to renew vehicle licences. They DO NOT assist the elderly with maybe another row where they don't need to stand for 2long . The post office attendance were very unhelpful when people need blank forms (ALV). BECAUSE a lot of other places were closed down i suggest an increase in helpers etc!!

Good day it is Monday morning 08h22... The front door is still locked but office hours are from 08h00 to 17h00.We are 40 people in front of the door waiting...Where is the customer service...Pathetic , unexceptable.

Poor service and seldom opens on time - clearly no management taking place - Pathetic that postal services has deteriorated the way it has like everything else in the country
