Peps in verulam difficult to get parking once you there staff are like we doing you a favour. From manager to floor staff unfriendly, but tongaat peps I found very keen to help n are friendly and to top it all parking is aplenty. Tongaat manageress is very pleasant

Today I'm proud to say I have received one of the best experience shopping at shakaskraal pep stores hats off to u guys , the staff are so friendly and always willing to assist customer's, the store itself is a pleasure walking into it always has most of the stuff I look for at the lowest prices always catering for everyones pockets thank you pep store shakaskraal and once again well done to each and every staff there who always goes an extra mile for the customers not forgetting the most friendly and understanding store manager. The service is terrible!! The shelves are not stocked properly, the shop is untidy with stuff all over the place!! And the staff are so slow! They are not the least bit friendly, the manager is just the same they seem to think they are doing the customer a favour. Not to mention they never open on time too busy counting their float in the morning and open 15 mins after the trading time stated on their door!!
