Horrible working with them asked them to fix 2 drills in a cordless set. ended up breaking my cordless grinder and taking no responsibility. owner doesn't know what goes on in his own workshop incompetent company. please stay away will only cost you money

I'm not impressed with this company.Took in my generator for repairs,Cost R4000 to repair.Within 3 months the same fault happened, wouldn't honor guarantee, had to pay another R800.Definitely will not be using them again...

Passionate Tools - A very rude owner and bad service.I gave in a Makita sander with Passionate Tools in Centurion for repairs and paid in advance.I collected it and discovered that my employee was still not able to use it because repairs not done correctly. I took it back to Passionate Tools and returned a week later only to be told it is fixed and nothing is wrong. I demonstrated to the owner that it is not working. He got very agitated and asked me to leave his shop and refused to listen to what the problem is. I had another machine there for repairs but did not even get a chance to explain that to the owner. I returned another week later to collect my other repair and was informed that the owner instructed the technician not to work on my machine.I also could not collect my machine because it was not assembled and was again asked to leave the shop and not return as a customer. I was forced to return again later to collect my assembled but unrepaired machine.I took the Makita sander directly to Makita and they confirmed that a proper repair was not done. Makita repaired the sander to perfect working condition without charge.The overall experience I had with Passionate Tools was extremely unpleasant.

Stay away!! Took my belt sander in three times in 3 days because they didn't fix the problem. They didn't honour their guarantee, and charged me each time. When I took this issue up with the owner he got super confrontational, was incredibly rude, and after a few choice words kicked me out his shop. 100% would rather travel to cape town to get my tools fixed than ever go back and do business with this company. The literal worst experience I've ever had.

Very unprofessional. Rude and does not answer phone.. My makita has been sitting there for almost two months now and I can't get ahold of them.. They don't keep track of there work correctly and when asked they cannot answer you.. Pathetic place

Generator Repair was quick, effecient and honest. Everyone else was quoting a much bigger repair. In the end it was just a regulator switch and including a full service was still half the price of everyone else's BS quotes
