Very disappointing. At first you were promised the blue from the sky. In the course of the sales process, however, disappointing news again and again. In the end, as a seller, you were asked to lower the price or the agency will offer other properties to the buyer. Very bad communication - everything just between the door and the hinge. Agent didn't even take the time to speak personally. Bottom line: Agency is only interested in a quick commission. They don't care about you. No protection of the seller.
