What a refreshing excellent service from both Thandikazi and Thandikazi. Both ladies were on time and friendly. My house has never been this clean. These ladies lift up and pull away everything. Will definitely be using this service every month. And time was no issue. They left when they were done, which was 4pm on a Saturday afternoon !! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent home clean.

I used Bright Home for the first time today. I was so skeptical but also desperate for help since I work from home. I contacted them with my special request this morning and they managed to send me help. I also got an SMS to tell me when to expect the lady to arrive. They provided top class cleaning. I will definitely be using their services again!

Kaylin is an amazing cleaner who goes the extra mile. Would definitely book her again. Bright Home Services is also great with communication, sending reminders and also etas as to when your cleaner will arrive. Great value for money!

Our cleaner did a reasonable job, but was disappointed in the level of work done. Can still see dirt on my floors and my dining room table. Dishes weren't packed away either

I suppose it varies. The first time was great. The second was absolutely disastrous and incomplete. The tasks were undone. Cleaning wasn’t done properly- essentially it looked snd felt unchanged. Had to continuously prompt the workers to complete big tasks. Deep cleaning as requested was not done. Cupboards packed were not neat. It was packed, but looked untidy and incoherent. Would Not recommend unless you know the allocated person.
