So disappointed with client service!!!! I booked a service on the Monday for the Friday for a 105 000km service. The lady said it is a big service as the cam belt needs to be replaced, I said OK they can book it in for the service and if it needs to be replaced they can do it on the day. Woke up at 04:00, left home at 05:30 so I can be first in line (I live in a different town and it takes about 1 hour to get to them). Got there at 06:30, when they eventually opened nobody came out to great me or anything, everyone just walked past me so I decided to go in to book in my car to only hear that they did not order a cam belt. So they can't do the complete service. They also did not have a curtacy car for me as their staff is using all their vehicles. So I was given to take of work again on another day drive an hour again to do the service or have a complete stranger come and collect my car on another day and take it for a service and drop it of when it's done (again what am I supposed to drive and am I really going to trust a stranger with my car to drive such a far distance) in short I left there, car not serviced and all they can say is sorry. Sorry is not going to give back the fuel that I drove out to get to them, sorry is not going to give back the day I had to take off work to drive to them, sorry is not going to give back the fuel and time off work when taking my car in for a service again the following week!!!
