What a bunch of clueless people . Had the drive 500 motor in for about a year . The AC/DC transformer packed up . Trying to get the replacement part was like getting your wisdom teeth removed by a butcher . I have dealt with Centurion , what a pleasure to deal with in comparison !

pathetic after sales service. I ordered a heavy duty track and what i was supplied was a wrong one. The guy at edenvale Darryn knows no good. the head office customer service is pathetic as well. The lady named Bronwyn was the one i was in contact with and she just started dodging my calls once i was supplied with the wrong one.. just a email apologies for delay..and iam still waiting for the right product.

Unfortunately the only place to buy Hikvision cameras directly. But this brand needs a serious rethink. The service is beyond slow at all their branches and the knowledge is kept by few good people that is totally overwhelmed. Hopefully they can turn it around
