Staff is friendly but being a DSTV agency they are not given change of ownership forms and we have to print ourselves to complete, and this was only told after standing for a very long time in a queue.

I had to wait in a queue outside because they take only 2 people at a time because of COVID. It was worth the wait because the service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. My decoder was faulty and the guy fixed it quickly.
